Please note that FASHERN does not operate on public holidays.

Expected Delivery Time
Our delivery timeframes are dependent on the location of the buyer. Standard shipment will take 2-7 business days and delivery will take 1-3 weeks*.

If you have not received your items within this time frame, please email us with your full name and order number and will look into your delivery immediately! In most cases, delivery has been attempted and your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office for collection.
